It is not obvious which of the two broads imprisoned is a witch. Is it the maidservant Susanna, being watched while coming back from a forbidden witch glade in a carriage at night, or her mistress Janne, which confesses to the court though it seems to be impossible regarding to the testimony! The confusion of the broads is very fishy and so both get into a cross-examination to access the gravity of their guilt in an embarrassing interrogation. Maybe they both are witches..
